Our refund policy is in line with the NSW Department of Fair trading guidelines.

    1. You may cancel your booking at any time, up to 15 days before your booking with no penalty and receive a full refund less any booking and credit card charges including a minimum admin fee of $50.00.
    2. You may cancel your booking, up to 5 days before your booking, but less than and including 14 days from the start of your booking and receive a credit to rebook within 12 months from the date of your original booking.
        1. No secondary or subsequent booking deferral or refund will be applied. If you cancel again any and all fees paid are forfeit.

    3. If you cancel within 5 days of the booking start time, all payments are forfeited. All outstanding balances are due. The security deposit will be refunded, if one has been paid.
    4. Awaba Boat Hire may cancel the hire of the Vessel and terminate this Agreement if:
      1. the Vessel is unavailable for the Hire Period,
      1. the weather is, or is forecast to be unsafe,
      1. sea conditions are unsafe,

        1. at the discretion of Awaba Boat hire.

Awaba Boat Hire will give you as much notice as possible and will provide a refund when the booking is canceled by Awaba Boat Hire.

    • You agree that you will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by you in connection with the cancellation of your booking. You agree to obtain your own travel insurance indemnifying you for the costs, expenses, or losses (including consequential and indirect costs) associated with the cancellation of your booking.
